Let me breakdown the concept a little further:
Perception is the process your mind goes through to become aware. Using your five senses, you create thoughts on what you want, need and desire to determine value and worth. Through the process of Perception you also define what you like and dislike about objects, events and the behavior of people. In essence, perception influences what you believe and how you show up in relationships.
Reality is an ever-changing, true situation that exists or actually happens. It is a resemblance of what is real and it exists in the mind of the person who perceives it. Understanding where you currently are will help you choose relationships that work best for you and your goals.
Truth is who you really are; the core of where your heart and mind connect to be consistent with the will of God. Truth cannot be changed, it affects everything you do in your life and relationships, and it exists regardless of what you believe.
The process of Perception-Reality-Truth will cause a shift in your mindset to open up new perspectives and create opportunities for you to choose what works best for you. Why is this important? Because a greater sense of self-awareness leads to clarity of who you are and allows you to show up authentically in your relationships.
So, what does this mean for you?
Perceptions are misleading.
Reality is subjective.
Truth exists regardless of fear.
